Assembly Of Troy Bilt Pressure Washer Parts

- Start by attaching the handle to the main unit’s handle support area and you should use the provided handle carriage bolts and plastic for that.

- Then you have to connect the hose and water supply to the pump. The spray gun base should be connected with a high-pressure hose’s one end. While another end shall meet the pump’s high-pressure outlet. You can hand-tighten these connections.
- Clean the inlet screen and then fix the water inlet to a garden hose. Let the water run for at least half a minute to make sure there’s no debris left behind.
- And finally, it is ready for the first run. Now before starting the engine, you just want to make sure the handle is placed right secure, and the oil level is proper for the engine crankcase. All the hose connections should be tight enough and no cuts, damage, or kinks should be there in the high-pressure hose.
